Movement is crucial to a healthy life. My world these days. 😍 💪🏼💕 I'm cutting it close with the > 3-inch recommendation here. The first 12 hours haven't shown any connectivity challenges though, I'll keep you posted. Growing up it was hard for me to find a doctor that I felt could really talk to. I was nervous talking to someone with what felt like such a different life than me. I would allow myself to feel judged and like I wasn’t doing enough. The Omnipod 5 algorithm is a closed-loop system designed to automate insulin delivery for people with Type 1 Diabetes. The algorithm utilizes continuous glucose monitoring (CGM) to calculate and adjust insulin dosing based on the individual’s glucose levels. We kept a list and aimed for 200 different plant species. It really pushed me to try new foods and new recipes. It also helped me to get out of the routine vegetables I was repeating. On the other hand, during cardio exercises such as running, cycling, or swimming, the body uses up glucose for energy. As a result, blood glucose levels tend to decrease during and immediately after cardio exercise. The ADA also recommends including strength training exercises at least two times per week, with a focus on major muscle groups.
